The service project is divided into four phases and unfolds over a 12-month period.

Preparatory Phase

June – October 2026

• presentation of the project in European schools;

• collection of registrations (20 Italian schools abroad across Europe, in addition to schools in Italy);

• engagement of participating schools;

• creation of the international network;

• identification of project coordinators;

• planning of the Banner routes.

 

Organizational Phase

October – November 2026

• coordination among participating schools;

• definition of the schedule for each stage of the journey;

• creation and printing of the Banners;

• shipment to the lead schools.

 

Implementation Phase

December 2026 – May 2027

• journey of the Banners among European schools;

• development of local educational projects;

• creative and intercultural activities;

• meetings between students and teachers from participating schools;

• sharing and communication of experiences.

 

Final European Event

May 2027

Presentation of the Banners of Inclusion in Milan and Brussels, with participating schools connected remotely and sharing the results of the project.
